Alternatively, you could just use the ethernet.
In the back, you get an HDMI out, component and composite out, stereo audio in, optical audio in, USB for the WiFi adapter, ethernet, and all your speaker jacks.
Basically, this is your run-of-the-mill HTIB. What sets it apart from other systems in it's price range are the installable apps and connectivity to iDevices and Android devices. If your Samsung TV supports HDMI+CEC, you also get the added benefit of not needing extra remotes.
I'm pleased with my purchase and the only reason why I'm knocking a star off is because of the included speakers. I understand that for the price point, something had to give and in a way, I'm glad it was the speakers and not the overall features of the system. I can always upgrade the speakers with a little bit of splicing and soldering, but it's really hard to upgrade the main unit without having to pay a whole lot more.
Hopefully this review is a bit more fair and unbiased, and I can definitely help answer any further questions. If you're anything like me, you want to know everything before making a purchase and sometimes it's the little things that don't show up in a product's description or spec sheet that make the biggest difference
Long term use review:
After living with this system, I have noticed only one problem and that seems to have been fixed in the last software upgrade. Previous to this upgrade, perhaps once a night (in about a 4-5 hour session) during Netflix streaming, the system would freeze. It's a strange thing to happen, but it would just happen. I haven't noticed it recently, so I'm glad that Samsung is actively working to make even their older products better.
The infrequent, but helpful, upgrades are what keeps this system at it's 4 star rating. It's still a very good system to me and that was the only problem I've had in living with it. I would still recommend this system to a friend looking for an inexpensive HTIB set up
